Who says you can’t bring or drink alcohol in public parks, beaches, and that beloved or dreaded High Line, esp. now that it’s summer and NYC has this free concerts and festivals and movies outdoors?

When you can bring your own alcoholic beverage unbeknownst to the park officials. That canister can hold up to 3/4 of that bottle. Why pay $7-8 for a beer or wine?
